Operating four branches and covering a far-reaching area we showcase homes from the breath-taking sandy beaches of Lincolnshire’s East Coast to the historic market towns and unspoilt villages in and around the beautiful rolling wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Our pride in the business and passion for people and property sets us apart.

Our individually designed offices are situated in prime locations in Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea, Alford and Louth. We pride ourselves in being the largest, longest established family run and owned business in our area, tailoring our service to our clients’ needs and offering the best selling and buying experience possible.

A little about our history

1992  Brother & sister, Rachael Houltby and Craig Bee set up the Company ‘Choice Properties on 21 Victoria Road, Mablethorpe and were later joined by their brother Christopher Bee.

2008  Our Alford branch was established with Rachael heading up the helm in this charming, historic market town.

2018  A new addition to Choice Properties was formed with the opening of our second coastal branch in Sutton-on-Sea positioned on the High Street in this small and popular seaside community.

2021  Christopher trains and qualifies as an RICS surveyor bringing an extra service to the Company

2022  2022 Sees an exciting expansion with the opening of our Louth branch in prime position on Mercer Row in this affluent, bustling attractive market town. This year also sees the company moving forward with Rachael as sole owner and Company Director working closely with Hannah Hewett.

Starting my career in Estate Agency aged 17 with a passion for people and property I quickly realised this was my forever path in life.

Four decades later I am immensely proud to be the Company Director and owner of Choice Properties. Spanning these years, I have learnt that a positive attitude, dedication, determination, hard work and empathy together with an understanding of people are the key qualities in being a great estate agent.

For me this is no ordinary job, it is my passion and my happy place and with Hannah and my amazing team when we say ‘team work makes the dream work’ it certainly does.

Hannah Hewett

I started my journey as an estate agent in residential sales back in 2007 where I joined Choice Properties in our Mablethorpe branch. What started off as a job to do during my gap year before I started university soon became a complete passion of mine which changed my plans completely. I cancelled my placement at university and continued in the job that I loved.

7 years later in 2014 I relocated to West London where I joined a large estate agency and this is where I stayed for 6 years, starting off as a Sales Negotiator and working my way through the ranks to become Sales Branch Director where I ran a large branch in West London.

A couple of years after having my daughter in 2018 I decided it was time for a different pace of life and chose to move back to the countryside and coast. So in 2020 I was delighted to re-join Choice Properties back where it all began. Having first joined the company all those years ago when we operated just one branch, I am now very proud to work alongside Rachael in running all four of our branches as Group Director.

My role involves the day to day running of the business and four branches individually alongside our Company Director Rachael, as well as training our fantastic teams of sales negotiators. I am also one of the main property valuers of the company and I am heavily involved 'on the ground' with clients on a daily basis agreeing sales and progressing them through to successful completions.
